Peoples that do bad things... example crimes, drugs and etc.

Do you think they are born bad? or their parent is bad so they are raised bad? or they strive for their own happiness not thinking of others?

You can blame upbringing, and other factors (which may have contributed)

But in all seriousness, I think that people have the moral decision to do whatever they want. But influences like bad upbringings don't help... at all.

- Bad influences/Peer pressure.
- Bad area/neighborhood.
- Raised up badly.
- Poor family.

Depends on the person.
Some people have bad parents.
Some people do it for the thrill.
Some are mental. (not a joke)

What about due to the fact that every prices of goods on the world(specifically the petroluem) are all gone up to the highest bidder, at our country 1 liter is 1 us dollar...

No one is born bad, its the enviorment that he was raised in.
For example if his father or mother did crime / drugs etc. then he saw it and thought that it was ok since his own parents did that. Also that person that does a crime might be angry or jelous of the other person's girl or possesions or maybe he's angry of something that happened in his family, devorice or death. etc.
