Ok my graphic card says that i have 251 megabyte of graphic card memory. This is my old notebook. It now in no gaming uses 90mb. How can i turn it higher and is it responsable?

Then you can't change it if it is integrated. Sorry bro notebooks are not for gaming unless intended for gaming....

Now that's simply not true. There will almost always be an option in the BIOS to change how much RAM you're dedicating to video memory.
However, it will likely be a waste since onboard is of such low performance that adding more VRAM won't really matter, and it'd be better suited as system memory.
tl;dr? It's probably best to be left as it is.
