While we try our best to filter out all harmful files and perm ban people that post them, we can't guarantee we get them all, so download and use these files at your own risk.

Some info about this section:
All moderators of CEF moderate this section(excluding one or two...) so don't think because the usual mod is off-line you can get away with posting a virus
Also, your account needs to be at least 3 months old to create a topic and have 100 posts. So are you willing to risk losing that account by posting a virus ?
