I have been programming for about 8 years (started young), and hacking for about 2, and cheating the year I started playing video games. So... I believe I know what I am talking about, but I can't get this idea to work.

So if there is anyone very experienced post here for me to PM you my idea. I am doing this because I hate noobs. And I don't know if my idea has been done, or is being done, but I don't want it used by a ton of people doing retarded stuff.

I will also +rep you if you can help me.
