I need a site that will allow me to make my own site i.e. Freewebs but doesn't suck as much. I also need the ability to have a directory to directly upload HTMLs. Ideas?

Currently no. I tried to find one and I spent a while trying to find a free one, and no I couldn't find one.

Also, I need this site to be ad free and able to upload php.

110mb is best so far, but they keep deleting my accounts.
