i've found adress. of maplestory. if im logged to my account or not, now about my P!NCracker, i want every time when its checking the pin, to check if the adress value its 1. something like this:

now, what im asking , how to make it check the value of the adress everytime when its checking pin

Anyways to answer you question, do this:

If there is an offset to the address, read the value of the address, then assign it to a variable, which you can use in your "if" statemnt.

If there is no offset, forget about adding the offset value.
