I'm guessing that is a printer?
If so, disconnect it from your computer, and if you want to print something ever again, you will need to install it using the disc that came with the printer.

| HP sucks id suggest trying to install your printer with out the CD it should detect itself and then you could just add new hardware.

you need to remove all traces of hp off of your computer, or you can run the installation disc and try and repair. system restore must have messed up your hp files.

Ahhh...You should not have did System restore. Now, you would have lots of work to do. Try reinstalling the printer.
