I know that when your buy a premium you have a 20gb hdd, buy if I buy a core, can I put a hdd so I have a premium or it just won't fit?

The only noticeable differences in the Core and Pro is that the Core lacks a HDD, headset, has a wired controller, and doesn't have the HD cable part.

A HDD will still fit perfectly.
