Elaborate -_- "My monitor goes crazy" doesn't explain your problem at all, thus making us unable to help
My first thought would be some frequency problems, although it seems unlikely when you've played it without having problems in the past.

I found an answer for it and it said i need to update my monitor drivers, i am currently using "Driver Genius" to update all of my outdated drivers, i'll play it in DXWnd and leave you feedback soon
Edit: I think i need to go back to SP2 because i'm on SP3 :S
Edit2: OMG it happens too when i play on DXWnd T.T

The screen goes black then a message "Analog Saving Mode"..
Then the light turns orange (orange = off, blue = on), when i exit the game (Ctrl+F4) it turns blue and then i see the screen.

Uh, are you forcing your HZ in certain resolutions?
If so, deactivate it.
If you're not, and have time to go into settings in the game - go to options and put the resolution on the lowest option available, and if you're able to change the HZ - make it the lowest one.

I put the resolution on 800x600 (Game) and i put the resolution on 1152x864 (Monitor), the lowest @ game is 640x7XX (I think).
I have GeForce 8600 GT (512MB) and 2GRAM, umm..
i have put the Screen refresh rate @ 75 Hertz

oh, i didn't see that. reinstalling could still help if he modded the file.
have you updated any of your drivers since you installed the game, or any other programs? you could try system restore if it used to work.

If it would be your graphics card which overheated - you'd most likely experience artifacts instead of blackscreen. =/ If that's the case it's most likely your monitor, yes.

I don't really know - it might be something else. But if you have another monitor laying around somewhere, change to that one and see if your problem solves.

I was thinking about it but the Monitor is not Flat, so i'm kind lazy cause it's heavy and all, 2morrow in the morning my dad's taking my PC to the workshop and they're giving me a new Graphic Card for free (Same one, insurance)
Then i'll buy a new mouse too (Mine is fucked up or i did it, idk)
