Well, i have a hard question .

In a mmorpg (buying the game) i been banned from a server and i know is a cdkey bann.

I found this clicking in "What acceses to this address"

Here is the comparative (Sorry for my bad english)

My idea is this: Make a bridge to bypass the bann. Note: If i replace anyone of this adresses, the game close.

Use a trace on it to see how the whole function works.
Maybe you can redirect it to trick the server. Not really sure on this sort of thing tho.
The real key check could be on the server end and you would not get in.

Now that i know:

The cdkey IF is when you click on "Connect to that server". I think that is the condition:

1º The game look the hoster "bannedkeys.ini"
2º The game check the client cdkey
3º IF the client's cdkey is in bannedkeys.ini, showmessage: Sorry, you're banned from this server. IF the client´s cdkey isn't in bannedkeys.ini, showmessage: Connection successful, entering in server.


This is the game's full comprobation. Can you teach me how to do what you write in your post, please? (Make a trace)

Using olly set a break on the beginning of the function you found and step trace it. Or do a non breaking trace to record how it works.
Then go through and look at it's routine.

I been created a redirection with olly to bypass the check. Now i tested and new problem. When the redirection is redirected, the game show a pop-up saying: Connecting.. Sorry, you're banned from this server...

HEh, looks like you need to try a little more or it is on the server
