How would you do that, for example, Counter strike

Olly cant make it, You have to code it yourself.
But you use olly or any other debugger to find the routine.

So in order to make a keygen, you need to learn to debug and program.

And of course you need to have an eye for detecting protection/encryption schemes. Because you will need to understand how the program generates a key and later emulate/copy that method in your keygen for generating a valid key.
