Cheat Engine

Hello, I've been playing arround with cheat engine and successfully got some stuff done on City of Heroes, most of the stuff is server-sided, including all the game currency and such.

But here is something I would like to do. There are the character creation screen with hidden costumes, ones you need to pay for and I would like to select them. They aren't server side limited, only the client limits it by some settings the server sends to it. There is a list with things you can choose. like Hat1 Hat2 Hat3 and hidden stuff like Hat4, Hat5. but they wont show up in the client unless you pay and get them unlocked for you.

Now.. I've managed to get all the hidden stuff names in "Memory View" is there anyway to unlock them through Cheat Engine ?

There were bugs in the game, those you could get all the hidden stuff by clicking on the buttons "Next" "Back" of the costume.

I really appreciate any help,t here are people managing how to do it, including changing the limit of height and such in the creator, all client side. Thank you!

based on the little bit I know, there is going to be an address that = what the character is currently wearing.

So... for hats... lets say:

normal hat 1 = 1
normal hat 2 = 2
normal hat 3 = 3
pay-only hat 1 = 4
pay-only hat 2 = 5
pay-only hat 3 = 6

It'll take a lot of searching probably, but if you can do something like:

search
change hat, search for changed
search for unchanged
search for unchanged
change hat, search for changed
change hat to first hat, search for original value
search for unchanged
change hat... etc etc etc

once you get a few narrowed down, try changing some of them... play around with it.
