You should get it but few things you should change.
Processor is pretty good, but why not get q6600 quad, their cheap and you can run the latest games on them.
Also you should have 3GB ram if not 4, 2 is still good tho.
I have no idea what that card is but i would go nvidia, w/e.
Other than that its good.

ATI isn't powered by nVidia (agreeing on what you said). For your setup, if you don't want to play Crysis or other new games on high settings, then you'll be fine. The graphics card is pretty weak.
The motherboard isn't the best at the price point, but it will work well enough.
The main thing that should influence whether you should buy it or not is price. Prices aren't too bad on computers that are built by iBuyPower, and companies like them. But they are still more expensive than building it yourself.

I totally didn't know that.

lol Ati powered by Nvidia.
I agree with superweapons, we need to know how much ur budget is.
Theres no point buying a good pc for 2x the price.
Also they hardware needed depends on what your going to use it for.
High Definitions Movie Editing?
Music Mixing?
Hard-core Gaming?

In that case your computer is fine.

Depending on how much movie editing you do, and how intense it is, you could use an upgrade/use the one provided. Other than that, the setup is good, just note the price.

The graphics card sucks. It is very cheap, get a better one.
On the matter of nVidia being the brand, I guess it was reffering to the brand of the integrated graphics or onboard video, in which case it's nVidia.
