The Game/Program that you use, Crash/bug each time you try to find what acces the adresse? Any other way to find a pointer without using that method? This is something i dont understand... Ex: GrandChase usa ive been looking for a long time to find a solution alone... But some seems to have an answer and have found the base adresse.... So would it be possible ? Or maybe other's game doesnt crash.... But mine does and i dont know why Razz
Its look like that the client detect that im trying to hack or whatever... CAnt find the solution im in need of help Sad Or any other method/way that i dont know, to block a possible pointer change? The adresse im looking for change each time i restart the game....

I've never had a pointer yet that crashes the game... some pointer point one byte down and possibly (I'm) not sure it can crash your game... If so add one byte... it could also be a multi level pointer

Ummm.... MultiAcces Pointer? Firs ttime i heard of them... Any Tut on how to find them?

And actually the game doesnt Crash down... But it bugs (send a message error) Litttle windows Pop-up "Enter what you were doing so we may help you furtherly" so its a bug report i guess.... But it make me unable to see what acces the monster hp adresse...

Multilevel pointers.

Seems you have not done the tutorial that comes with cheat engine.

0.o i've did the 7 step, and more then 1 time =.= Dont remember anything about that Razz

still, The game detect a "bug" when i attach the debuger to find what acces to it...

Use pointer scan option and see if you get a crash.

Yep I've tried that way. I do get The Same Bug report Windows Pop-up. BUT The game continue running (kinda strange) habitualy i get the windows and the game go white. But i still can play using the pointer Scan. But I doesnt find the pointer...

I havent got the chance to use the point scaner really often, and there's nothing about this in the Cheat Engine Tutorial so i guess that im a little newb with that tools... There should be a pointer for each adresses. But ic ant find it out...

Any tips or TuT on how to properly use the Pointer Scanner?

You using default scanner or injected p-scan?
Might be worth interchanging them to see what result you get if you haven't already. Also lower the number of 'threads' scanning too to see if that stops if from getting ownt! Smile

Thanks for the tips Wink Ima try this right now. Already tried both scan type but never lowered the ammount of threads Razz

So thanks again to you and Labyrnth for helping me Wink I will give you some news on how its going Wink But gotta go for now, ill try taht in some hours i guess ^_^

I wonder why that game is doing that to him, maybe vista need needs to use 5.4 cheat engine in administrative mode?
Or try using t search on it using autohack. Unless he knows how to use olly.

Make sure you pick find what access and not find what reads. Reads can be buggy in multithreaded games
If that doesn't solve it go to settings->code finder and make sure you are using debug registers
And if that doesn't work, go to settings->extra and use kernelmode debugger routines

And for the pointer scan, and you have a fast enough cpu and lots of time on your hands. Use a bigger structsize (the default is too small for most games) and a deeper level may work too

im on Windows Xp Razz Too much problems and trouble to hack with Vista.
