Just curious, speedhack doesn't work with some games (like Mafia) it does change the speed but very chaotically and even when I try to slow it down the animation seems to get faster. I was just wonderng if anyone knows why this is? Do these games have special frame-limiters? Not just the speedhack in CE but also other, standalone speedhacks don't work. Thanks!

It may be they are partially using the normal system clock (speedhack doesn't affect it) to synchronize some stuff and the normal timer functions (which does get affected) for other stuff

Besides not using the speedhack?

Perhaps you can edit some of the game code yourself so it goes faster, but there's not a automated method yet
