Cheat Engine

Hi, i've been trying to edit packets. But it just wont work!
The game im trying to hack varies but its only php games.
I get alot of '00000000 - 21' Values. And one more including alot of img, x-bitmap, gif thingies. and i've ticked only 'Send'!
This is what im doing

1.) Start sniffing
2.) Get the gold
3.) Stop sniffing.

Now i have 5 Values

1 img thingy
4 '00000000 - 21' values
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And i dont know how to edit them either, I cant find any tutorials. So if you are experianced with Packet Editing please tell me how =)'

I am using WPE Pro.
