You go to whatismyip, you open and show task manager, organize by name, scroll down it slowly, then go back to IE7, refresh, and show us your internet settings to prove you don't use proxies.

I have a better idea. If you are using Windows go to:
Start-->Run--> Type in cmd-->type in ipconfig
Then take a screen shot and post.

Follow my instructions, people saying go to whatismyip.org obviously dont understand the concept that anything reached through an internet TCP and UDP connection are affected by the proxy, thus whatismyip.org would display proxy IP not real IP.
