i made a combo box where user may add list entrys.
how i make the exe save that entrys?

click on the combo box go to list click on the arrow and type your entrys

For adding entries:
List1.AddItem "Entry"

Then save as a .txt file and read the .txt file on form loading event

Look that up in google if you don't know how to read/write text files

This reads the text from c:\test.txt and adds it to textbox1.text

thats only a small part of what i need
how needs the textfile to be formated to get loaded into the list
then how do i load the entrys of the txt file
and how do i save the entrys of the list, that it could be readen by the prgramm later
