If you had a web page but you want a domain for it is there anyway to get it for free?

I was thinking of a way, would this work???
• Go to your web page and right click
• Choose view page source
• Edit your domain and save your web page as that

Would that work?

I dont know why though but thats why theres domain sellers
or else it would be too easy

No,
Domain is like a redirect.
You buy a domain,
Make it like.. Mypage.com
U connect to mypage.com
their server will let you goto your website,
which is most of the times your IP
unless ur using a bounce ofcourse,
But buying an domain doesn't cost that much.
