Vista Transformation Pack is for XP.
I don't have Vista, so I don't know. It might be an Aero feature, or something you'd get in Premium.

you just hold windows button and tab with vista, but it doesn't work on my cousin's computer, he's got home basic and i've got business.

Ctrl + Alt + Del (Task Manager) -> Applications tab -> Windows(menu) -> Cascade
