Cheat Engine

I was recently banned from warrock and I wasn't hacking (I have never tried to hack warrock).
I was banned because punkbuster found cheat engine on my flash drive.
The problem is that it was inactive at the time and was never used on warrock.
so this would mean that punkbuster scanned inactive memory on my flash and more than likely on my hard drive too. In my opinion, that makes punkbuster a spyware program. That cant be legal and banning me was not justified.

Well it is possible, but i think there maybe some shady text in the agreement on install.
If you seen what all data Game Guard gets from your machine you would say the same thing about it as well.
