guys if you know how to connect a router modem to a ps3 PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.

i have a netgear cg814wg v3 (in australia if that helps) modem router (updated optus modem) and when i try to connect to my PS3'z wireless to the modem router it says that the exchange sOmEtHiNg timed out and its really annoying me

i got my ip, Domain Net Server's addresses and enter them correctly but it still doesnt work,

i add the wpa passphrase and it still doesnt work (though it does pass through that section maybe meaning the phrase is right), wierd thing is that on the ps3 it just says passphrase NOT wpa passphrase ?????????

please help so pissed off Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Is it possible to set it to 'automatic' detection? I don't think you got the right numbers.
