Alot of people don't even have ~1/4 a TB of shit.
500GB is excessive.
I've never gone over 30GB on my own internal.

If you want a place to store alot of shit, size down that HD and buy a external HD for storage.

Someshit might happen to the internal one or you might feel a need to reformat or someshit.
Just get a cheap external.
I bought my 250GB [More like 232... fucking market -___-"] external for $90USD

My 250 was about $60 a while ago.

It's becoming a struggle to keep it away from full, so I bought some DVD's to store my "software collection"

Defiantly upgrade the PSU.

At least to the 800 Watt.

You don't need your PSU blowing up because it is having to put out too much.

600 should be just fine for even two of those.

(That's under load)

Only 290...

So that's 290W that the graphics will be using at max.
The CPU is what, 95W? I'm not good at reading the specs on CPUs, so I probably am wrong there.
The HD is between 8.75W and 9.5W (idle and seek averages).
I can't find the power consumption that the DVD uses. So lets say that it is 10W? 15W? I'm not sure on what to estimate it at.
The RAM says 2.1 Vots per unit, so, I guess that would be 4.2W for that?

So just from that your looking at from 312.95W to 318.7W. Without the CPU being taken into account. So your 600W would be able to handle that.
And then if I'm right with the 95W, you'd be around 407.95W to 413.7W. So never mind about the 700W or 800W PSU, you should be fine.

Only get that Mobo if you are really going to OC it a lot, because if you're not then it really dosen'tmake much sense to buy it, unless you want to show it off...
Also, 500GB is not more than enough. I currently have 1.5 TB and although it is lasting me some time, it will get full eventually... If theres one thing you never have too much of it is GBs.
