I have a DVD drive, but I don't have a dvd decoder so my computer won't play DVDs.

Does anyone know of any good free decoders I can use? Sad

I used to have Windows Media center edition, but it got all jacked up and I had to downgrade to home because it was all i had.

i ahve windows media edition but i wonder why
try using the dvd with vlc media player
plays almost all video formats

try K-Lite codec pack. Not sure if it will solve the problem, but it might.

I tried vlc media player - Horrible quality Confused

I tried K-Lite codec pack - Got some resolution error on Media player, different than what I had, but still got an error.

DSPlayer - Won't play DVD unless you have the full version.

I have some thing where it's just doing Dvd -> avi.

It's fine for now because it's just something I'm uploading to youtube.
