Make PC go faster = RAM, better processor
Store more stuff = Hard Drive. _________________

Wow, I posted something in the wrong topic.. But since I posted here let me edit my post and help.
Okay, you definitely want to clear up some space on your computer so it can run smoother. I recommend this defragment program: http://www.speedyshare.com/970591843.html
I remember someone called it the 'defragger of the gods'. Or if you want you can use windows defragger, which is not as good. Go to run and type 'dfrg.msc' and then just defrag it.
But mainly, do like AZN just said. Buy some RAM and a Hard drive. Make sure they are compatible with your computer. You will only need about $100 dollars to buy yourself something pretty decent. Decent being 2 gig's of RAM and possibly a 7,200RPM hard drive if you find a good deal. _________________

Defragging won't clear up space. |

I sit corrected:
| Quote: | | I believe it moves data around on the disk. Putting the data that is accessed more often at the beginning so programs load faster. |
