I was wondering is there anything specific do i need to know when i buy a processor, can any processor work on any motherboard, and what about graphic cards can they work on on any mother board, and one more thing what is the best processor and graphic cards not the latest but the best so I can play games like perfect world smoothly.

1. As long as the socket matches

2. Chances are any MB you buy now will be PCI-E (probably 2.0 now, and yes it's backwards compatible)

3. Looks like just another shitty Korean MMO, just because mom is buying you something doesn't mean you should go blow 6 grand on parts if that's what you mean by best. Rolling Eyes

I think quad core prices are supposed to be dropping soon as well as the arrival of the rest of the 9x00 series from Nvidia.
