I have a question about my system performance.
When i used speedupmypc by uniblue it took lots of admin files into the recycle bin.
My question is,is it ok to delete the files the software dragged in the recycle bin???

Don't use speedupmypc. It's stupid. If you want better performance, then I'd suggest a ram upgrade.

dont be stupid, no program can make your pc run 2x faster by deleting couple of files..

Yes ram upgrade OR try formatting..
