No you didn't. Notice the numbers 9600 and 8800, the higher the getter, if they are the same type. |
Which they aren't. The first number denotes the series, the second tells us how far up the scale the card is in that series. moar numbers != better.
The 8800 wins pretty much all the benchmarks, it's the clear choice. |

The higher the nubmer =/= better.
The higher the x000 number is, the better, on condition the 0xxx numbers are the same.
A 7900 definitly 'owns' a 8400. |
