90% of the internet's bandwidth is used for porn. Ask yourself if the ISP's are really going to allow that.

So basically, porn sites are blocked. Now, porn is forced into the underground where they have no control over it, suddenly CP is more widespread, porn is being shared freely without anyone paying for it, and so on.

Not good for the ISP's who lose the majority of their business, not good for the porn sites who would lose money, not good for the government who suddenly has a lot less control over things.
