That build looks okay except for Vista, replace it with XP Pro.

Vista will manage 4 GB of memory better than XP.
He already has XP too.
And I couldn't think of anything else to spend 100 bucks on.

In DX9 or 10?
And by looking at this guy's post, he probably doesn't know how to overclock, what the purpose of a benchmark is, etc.
First time build most likely.
