I say xp, for now.
it's just like the release of XP, at first it was crap, but it got better with the service packs. if you want to do some extreme gaming, you need Vista for tri-sli, and the newer games are being made for vista sometimes.

Lol I Had a computer, pretty crappy though, and I'm buy some new hardware for this anyway

But yah this laptops pretty slow till i get the 2GB Ram.

I got a compuyer at christmas. It had loads of memory and is really fast, I have vista. So rlly, i say Vista is well better coz it has the looks, speed and overall coolness

XP all the way. The only good things with Vista are flashly looks (which you can obtain on XP) and DirectX 10 (if Falling Leaf Systems didn't shut down, this would be a whole other story).
