I need to download some type of software that will allow me to design things, or edit things, but since I'm just starting, it kinda needs to be for beginners?

Can anyone help me please?

MSPaint is awesome for beginners. :] I drew fireworks with the spraycan when I was little.

pdn(paint.net) is definitely best for you, i use it and it's awesome, check the forums, http://paintdotnet.cheatengine.com/index.php, for tuts, plug ins and a bunch of other stuff

Try torrenting Photoshop CS3
For sure you'll find one with a working crack/keygen
Also depends what you mean be editing/designing in general
Theres alsorts of programs for every thing imaginable.
