ok so i play cs 1.6 and my ping is around 30-40 and i get very glitchy in the game. is it my computer or internet? also if its my computer why is it being so glitchy?? is there any way i can speed it up??

Laggy?

If you lag a lot, it could just be the host's fault (shitty connection to him).
