hey guys, i wanna make Red Alert 2 build tanks really fast. Faster then normal and only me.. is this possible?

and another thing: If i use WPE Pro on red alert 2. no packets will be send. or it does not find anything

You dont need to do this with WPE... Maybe you can use CE if you host...

Your best bet for single player is to just use CE.
For MP things get alot harder. If you are host you can screwi with the variables, but other players might crash or if they have a way of replaying the game they will notice that you are getting tanks way faster than you normaly would.
Your best bet to improve your online ratio is to learn basic strategies for th game, and use get/use/make a maphack so you have complete intel on your opponents (although try not to abuse it).
The key is to utalize it to determine where to organise a strike or to not be fooled by their distraction tactics (like a small attack on one side of your base to draw defenders over there while the main force masses on another side). And especialy don't use it to blatently hunt down single units on the map, just use it to know about where to have your units conviently patroling at the same time.

And how/where can i get Maphack. And what does it do?
I usually host games. Can you explain me how to get THAT values?
I have no clue where to start searching for that value
