This thing popped up awhile ago, i think my windows is illegal or sumthing, but i dont know cuz this comp techy guy fixed it when it had viruses.

Now theres an annoying blue star in the corner. Do i have to go buy a lisense or sumthing?

Take it back to him, if he doesn't fix it, sue him for using illegal software.
