Wrong...

Processor A runs a game at a certain rate while
Processor B runs a game at a much slower rate compared to Processor A, but runs selected applications up to 20%~40% faster.

1. Power Consumption = E8400 win
2. Heat Generated = E8400 win
3. Performance per-core = E8400 win
4. Price to Performance ratio = E8400 win
