This is how the old RS was, try to morph yourself to fit it, I will also.
When asked a question: Give an answer, don't say "You suck a dick LOL!!"
When it's someone new: Do the same, it's the hate towards new people that caused RS to be what it is.
Flame less.
Be a little more constructive in your posts. This is a big one.
Use 'GTFO' less.
Don't use memes so often, this isn't /b/.
When helping someone, it tends to be better to exclude words like 'fag' and 'dumbass'.

| It won't, you see somehow or another we started to flame new people, thus new people started to flame. They continue that now, and they will also flame new people, and the loop will start over.

Well since we dont flame new people they wont think its as cool, they will eventually leave due to no more hate here and more love, the ones who will leave is the flamers cause they have no point to flame when we just dont care. |

Yeah, but making the topic is just going to make them do it more instead of us just auto maticly doing it, as above you saw "notsirgodlike" doing the exact opposite of what your doing. |
