may someone reply giving the full instructions on how to acomplish this.

Well, what you MIGHT be able to do is:
Scan for the upgrade the weapon's at with CE, increase it's upgrade, then search for the new value etc...
Then you might find an adress for that Wink

Or you might be able to use WPE to autoupgrade it higher.

when the weapons upgrade is +9, you fill in 9; if it's +3 you fill in 3; etc...

if you don't do the tutorial you will ask for every single thing you need for hacking with CE

ok, ok! i will do da tutorial but its not like i dont know how to hack completely ... i know how to do speedhack =P
after all this time you can have givem me the steps on how to do this instead of arguring with me -.- and at the same time you could give me the tip as well the cheat
but oh well...
