Make sure you set runtime library to just multithread not multithread dll

Any programming language that has access to and can use the Windows API can create a trainer, so yes, you can.

As for your first post, don't post here for help with things like keyloggers and other malicious content, you will just get your thread locked.

Do you even know how to use the language yet itself? You should at least learn the basics before attempt to start messing with anything else. Along with that learn the IDE and such to get used to how to do things, hot keys, etc.

After that, start reading up on API and how to use it.

Learn the basics and move on, you need to call some windows APIs if you wants to make a trainer.
