You don't have packed files so... |
Nice mudkip. Anyway, can't they hide their values by using some formula on all of them? I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong if not, because I'm fed up with this $##. Been messing around with it off and on for days, hours at a time. I can never get any of the values locked down. |
Ty? lol

Glad it worked out.
But you still didnt tell me the game?
I would think it is something of a wild tangent or popcap game maybe? |
Oh, the game is "flysis". It runs as an .atm but also has an .exe that concurrently pops up and runs when the .atm file is loaded. I'm not sure what that is all about but that's what happens.

Seen this kind of "protection" in other games, not sure yet on how to get past it, my former try out at it was that i unpacked the file, but since you already tried that i got no more clues =_=...
Try doing as Labyrnth said, but it's highly unlikely you will find something interesting.

Theres not a protection per say, I think a loader is running the other file which is really a executable file. kinda masking it in process is all.
Example:
Dofus runs the dofus.dll as a process.
All you have to do on that is rename dofus.dll to dofus.exe and run it.
Then your in the real games process, instead of scanning and finding everything in the dofus.dll
And the change of the scan range was why he could not find any address's scanning. The base address is less then 400000.
