There have been allot of emulators going around the internet these days but the only ones that i found out to work the best are:

no$gba

project64

imemu

That no$gba crap doesn't work very well it has alot of buggs, the speed is too low, for it to run games smoothly i'm gessing they need to improve the speed to 250% or 300% 150 is just not gonna do it, but i never heard of the third one.By the way do where i can get roms for dreamcast.
