Ive had windows vista for about a few months now and as you may beleive it sucks crap. All UCEs dont work on it as well as that all memory adresses change everytime makign sure that a pointer is nesecary for every adress (really stinks, I know). and XP isnt for sale anymore, and the only thing good about Vista is the modern look and nothing else, not to mention the sucky compatibility and I know half of you are going to say "LINUX" but 'NO" I am sticking with windows. Any other solutions apart from linux cause Im gonna completely erase vista for something else.

Oh well.
Windows is pretty good in my opinion vista is slightly better it runs faster for me lol.
Good luck though I feel ya vista has some major flaws..

Personally I feel Vista works much better than XP or any other OS.

the reason why windows vista runs so slow is its just for looks not for quality trust me iv had it and it runs really slow try purchasing windows xp 2005 it runs pretty smoothly

Before you talk shit, think. "Just for looks, not for quality", ROFL, that's the most pathetic statement I've ever heard about Vista. If anything, Vista is more stable than XP. Just because non-commercial programs do not/have trouble running on Vista doesn't mean Vista is crap, it just means that the adjusting time for Vista is taking a while, and eventually XP will be considered what we consider Windows 98 right now.
Also, Windows XP 2005? Uhh, sure.
