hello, im haveing problems with encrypted packets and would like to know to decrypt them and what ever else i need to do in order to successfuly send a packet thats been encrypted

well, maybe you don't need to decrypt them... If you want to get money for example, you search the (encrypted) packet for picking up money and you resend it.... Smile

Best case scenario: Your computer made the encryption key and has the decryption key in its memory somewhere (it reduces the possibilities ALOT), then you just need to learn how encryprion works (try wikipedia for a primer then just google arround).

Worst case: The server made the encryption, public, and decryption keys. If this is the case, you only have access to the public and encryption. If you have to atempt a mathmatical decryption it could take years depending on the mutualy prime numbers choses (it took arround 8 years to crack a 120 something bit encryption).

Alternativly, if you can isolate what your computer is sending, you can use that knowledge to speed up the decryption (but if you don't know anything about decryption, your looking at a mind blower trying to do this). That, and the key is probably regularly changed, makeing your work for not.

That is asuming that the game uses a simple instruction to the server. If the game has any anti-hacker security it will attach a time-date stamp, or a simple incremented value to that packet allowing it to determine that the same packe was already receved and this one should be ignored. And if its a game where there is a live conection between server & client (any non-borwser games) there is little hope that doing that would work.

yes, that's true... But simple games will probably do that... And apart from date it could also check with the server wheter the money is there or not...

Fastest way to crack lm, md5, sha1 hashes.
