Hey how do people get Windows Installers for programs???????

I Download a lot of programs and they have Windows Installer, and once a program called CENSORED had a file called Windows Installer Installer for Windows and it was called InstallMsIA and all Windows Installers are .msi so could that file make Windows installers?

slow down lol. this site tells you about making .msi files (i just googled it).

Did you just saw "Windows Installer" 5 times?
