I've seen GIF files with real people moving in them. How do I make these and edit these? Please help, if you can, with software needed and any useful information.

they both do since photoshop CS2.
@rammer124: you can convert .avi's to gifs i'm pretty sure, or you can make your own in photoshop/imageready by using the animation feature and then saving as, in photoshop, "save for web" or something along the lines of that.

Any free programs? I got a 30 day trail of flash cs3... I am excited, want to put music to some animations. Before I learn the hard way, how many slides can an animation be at the max? Thank you very much!
