Nope. A userbar has to be like this:
Width: 350 pixels
Height: 19 pixels
Resolution: 72 pixels/cm

I know it has to be 350x19 but I made it 350x34 instead cause I suck so much at photoshop that if I didn't do that my notepad Icon I poorly cut out using the polygonal lasso tool wouldn't fit

I see... Don't use the poligonal lasso tool. Just drag it, since it is larger than the canvas it should only show a part of it. Position it as you like. Very Happy
