hey everyone,

I'm not the best in programming actionscript. Im trying to make an swf that will load and show the value of a variable (ex. an swf that when loaded will show you the ammount of ammo you have, or something like that). What would the actionscript be for something like this? In the swf is just a text and i want the text to change to whatever the value is. I just can't figure out how to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

u cant change the script in the swf, you need to change the script on the button click this like name it flash1 then type call flash1.setvariable("[variable here]", [ammount here]"
