Ok where should i start with c++ and windows hooking.

Im wondering where i would start to read about making windows hooks in c++, injected dlls, and making a dll injector. If I can get information about making a program that uses keybindings like ctrl+f1 I would be happy. I whant to go head first into it since usually i learn better that way doing. I know c++ to a extent now and i think im ready to make a basic trainer.
