As VB is primarily a Microsoft product, and Microsoft is the producer of Windows, and Macintosh makes commercials openly invited Microsoft to compete with them...

I doubt Microsoft made their language Mac-able. =)

Personally I'd suggest a language wherein all programs are portable, such as Java, which uses a virtual machine so that even when the creator only creates one .exe, you may still use it on your computer as long as you've downloaded the latest JVM(Java Virtual Machine).

I believe that one of these two links can help u:

Chipmunk Basic - "Execute your VB Application in Macintosh", says the author.

RealBasic - Language similar to Visual Basic (some little different), but, maybe, works fine. I don't know, I don't have a Mac ^^

To use a language for multiples OS, i really recommend Java. (Sun Java).

I personally like NetBeans as compiler, is not that hard, but the GUI may be a pain in the ass Razz

Just use RealBasic, I have used it before(school project) very nice. Multi-OS-compiler and its basically vb so you'll have no trouble. And its an easy to use IDE.
