hello i need help on how to make a trainer or a link to a site which already tells you p.s i want to make a trainer 4 mechquest so if there is already 1 that works tell me

There's some guides on this, use search. Here's how with Cheat Engine default trainer generator.

If you have the proper pointers then put them all into a .CT then at the bottom right click advanced options. Click the image that looks like a floppy disk, choose the correct options on the screen that pops up. Eg. Create a new trainer that will run during the game/application, and modify data. A new screen will come up, click add entry, then add in the box it might say "No Description", these are the pointers that were originally in your .CT

Select the options you want Eg. Set a value and freeze/unfreeze the address, Only set a value and so on. Put in the value in the box and click add. Click the address you just added and set the name of it and the hotkey, press ok. Repeat for other pointers in your list. The rest is pretty straight forward.
